#### Location

Sydney NSW

 

#### Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on
- topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

#### Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience working with Works Councils and Unions.
- Experience with absence, injury and performance processes.

You’ll provide guidance across a wide range of people matters, including team leadership, employee relations, and talent development. Success in this role means putting people first, communicating clearly, and helping employees understand how decisions are made.

 

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with employees, people leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver practical support and solutions across a variety of people operations activities. You’ll bring depth of experience, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to each situation.

 

You’ll help create a positive employee experience by responding in a timely way, sharing knowledge with teammates, and balancing individual needs with company principles and available resources.
