#### Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

 

#### Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with campaign reporting, lead management, and lifecycle processes.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience improving workflows and operational processes at scale.

 

#### About the job

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help build smarter, more efficient marketing programs. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve how campaigns are planned, launched, measured, and optimised.

 

You’ll be responsible for creating strong processes, maintaining reliable data, and making sure our marketing systems support business goals. From campaign execution and lead management to reporting and automation, you’ll help the team work more effectively and make confident, data-informed decisions.

 

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, solve operational challenges, and support scalable growth. You’ll bring structure, attention to detail, and a practical approach to turning complexity into clear, effective solutions.

 

You’ll also help create a better experience for internal teams by delivering timely support, sharing knowledge, and improving the systems and processes they rely on every day.
